Pros
The single office makes Choate a collegial place to work. The partners take the time to meet and get to know the associates.
Cons
The hours are long, as at any firm. Some of the partners can be a bit difficult to work with. The benefits package for associates is not as generous as at many other firms in Boston.
Advice to Senior Management
Overall, I'm very happy with the firm, the communication from management, and the opportunities for growth and promotion. Revisit the benefits package and consider matching the offerings provided by other Boston firms.
