Choice Hotels Reviews

Pros
Making people feel like they are home even when they cant be.
Cons
Very low pay at minimum wage. No benefits or retirement at least for house keeping. Very little to no respect from supervisors and long time employees. We are asked to work very hard so management and the supervisor can look good without having to work hard. We also clean up to 19 rooms per house keeper a day and are expected to do this in less then 5 hours.
Advice to Senior Management
Ask yourself why your employees constantly quit. Better pay and a
little more time to do our jobs would help. -
