    Pros

    Awesome company that seems to care about their employees. Great promotion opportunities, because they are constantly making organizational changes. Good benefits.

    Cons

    I worry about the future of the business. They have outsourced a majority of their call center operations. I don't know what the future holds for those who still work there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try to repay the loyalty that your employees have given you. Employees with 20+ years experience with company were washed away with no attempt to try to find an alternate position for them within the business.

    close to home, in Ocean City -that I love, fair job and work and nice workplace

    and the entire area of Ocean City is below scale for jobs

    Pros

    The building is a nice play to work. The people are relatively friendly. There is free food every so often, which is very nice.

    Cons

    I wasn't issued a laptop, so it was difficult when I needed it attending conferences or collaborate with someone else.

    Great new corporate offices; 401k match; fair benefits

    Cons

    If you are not a manager or director, no bonus; poor choice of associates at manager level; too many VP's; not many career advancement opportunities; low corporate office salaries for those below manager level

    Pros

    The reservation system is easy to learn

    Cons

    Owners and management only scheduling one person at the front desk on busy days, broken items that either never get fixed or "fixed" than break again a couple of days later, constant ant problem, non existent training, not giving employees any health benefits, sick days, vacation or holiday pay like most decent hotels do to build moral, the owners only really will have management schedule overtime to their family members who work in the hotel......I could go on and on!

    Any advice I'd give they wouldn't take. This is a franchised hotel as most hotels are, but this is the worst example of one.
