    Pros

Good Benefits. Good work life balance. Good training. Good co-workers.

    Cons

Would rather pay bottom dollar to a trainee than promote and pay from within. Once you have been pigeon holed in your position, they will try and keep you there. No longer offering moving packages, even for promotions unless you are an AVP or above.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to retain your best in class employees, you need offer a competitive and appropriate salary.
