Pros – I got to work on some very interesting and fun projects.
They had a great development team.

Cons – I didn't agree with some of the new management's decisions.

Advice to Senior Management – Put more faith in the local developers and not the outsourced developers.

Pros – Ability to attend big events (i.e., Oaks, Derby and Breeder's Cup).

Cons – Pay inequity is a real problem.

Pros – Racetrack is like going to the circus everyday-but the races dont run everyday, so make hay while the sun shines-racing is dying

Cons – long term survival of the most cuthroat individuals is the rule rather than the exception-out you go with the trash

Advice to Senior Management – try keeping valued employees rather than figuring out how many interns and minimum wagers it will take to replace them-ya hear?

Cons – That I feel lot like there is alot of favoritism
