    I worked at Churchs Chicken

    Pros

Nothing good to say about working with this company they do not pay 9 dollars an hour they only pay 7.25 an hour

    Cons

I been working for churchs for 3 years now and I always get that I'm great at what I do,I always provide good costumer service and upper managment is always satisfied with my job and costumers too. They been promising promotion and till now I still get pay 7.25 an hour I'm a very hard working person and I love costumer service but working with this company is the worst they make u clean everything extremely good plus all the restocking and running drive thru plus doing the orders and they are way to exigent it's ridiculous for the 7.25

    Advice to Management

Stop being so stuck up feeling the big thing and threatening your team bad

Not enough scheduled hours for employees.

    Pros

They are willing to work with you schedule.

    Cons

They do not pay you well enough. It's close to impossible to get a raise. Terrible working conditions. Communication with higher ups is awful.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees incentive when they've been there over a year! I was there over a year and was a great employee but they kept me at 7.25 and refused to give me a raise. I quit and found a job for 10, and 3 weeks after I got a .50 raise, so it's not me who's the problem, its the company.
