    Horrible

Claims Processor (Current Employee) Scranton, PA

    ProsVacation days vacation days holidays

ConsLong hours, pay raises are a joke! Work your butt off and no appreciation from upper management. The CEO, his base salary 12 million, must be nice. The four percent they are taking from our pay, increase in benefits. I dont understand how a customer with xyz company can pay almost zero every two weeks while the ceo gang rapes us with our insurance. The moral of the department im in, its do much tension, eyes down no talking or the nun will slap your fingers with a ruler. All the big wigs, take a paycut, shop at thrift store and get your food from a food bank. You are putting your employees in the poor house

Advice to Senior ManagementAll need to be fired! You all are money hungry selfish people. Look at the people who are keeping the company afloat

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Billing & Account Services Associate (Former Employee) Chattanooga, TN

ProsFair wages with potential to advance, good benefits including pension and 401k , sufficient paid time off. Pleasant environment. Some positions have the opportunity to work from home. This is the best company I have had the pleasure to work for.

ConsCan be stressful at times but overall I enjoyed my time with the company. Wish I was still there. Laid off due to consolidation .

Customer Support Tech Spec (Current Employee)

ProsAbility to move up within company/role. Great benefits. Ability to work from home (depending on job role).

The perfect blend of work and play

Actuarial Specialist (Current Employee) Bloomfield, CT

ProsYoung and dynamic workforce, vibrant office culture, variety of actuarial roles (functional as well as product lines) to choose from, possibilities to enter Cigna's international track

ConsSalary & bonus structures for younger FSA's are not as competitive as some other insurance firms and consulting houses, location can be an issue if you prefer big cities
