Cons

Depening on the position you are in, it is easy to feel used and abused.
Pros

Great sales experience
Compensation is amazing
Definitely like we are all one big family
Pay is great
Love it
Cons
Sometimes you run out off stuff to do and the day gets kinda boring or you have to go cold call
Pros
Benefits and steady work hours.
Cons
There are too many things to name. Disrespected, over worked, under paid, zero recognition. Favoritism runs rampant throughout the company.
Advice to Senior Management
Be professional, make decisions based off of what's best for your location not on how your feeling that day.
Pros
You to learn about what it's like to run a business
Cons
You are told to run your job as your own business, yet they don't allow you to make the critical decisions... in the end, it's a good learning experience, it's just not a job for everybody. i don't regret the time I spent there I just wouldn't do it again.
Advice to Senior Management
Put more trust in your employees.
Pros
Paid holidays and weekends off, decent medical benefits if you have family to take care of. Monthly events/lunches coordinated by HR.
Cons
Favoritism between management and other employees, lack of respect between some of the drivers and the plant personnel. Raises are minimal and downright insulting.
Advice to Senior Management
Most jobs not matter where you go will be difficult, but you should definitely increase the raises. Especially if a person has been giving you 110% for the year they shouldn't have to feel like their review is a slap in the face.
Pros
Great training and good benifits.
Cons
Long hours but that is to be expected in this industry.
Advice to Senior Management
Great place to go directly out of college. Good management training program.
Pros
Cintas is a strong company to work for and has been able to handle these challenging economic times. There are some great people who work at the company who are very talented.
Cons
The company does demand strong results and each partner to think like a business person. I feel like that is a good thing but some people may view that as a negative.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your front line partners in both Sales and Operations. These partners have great ideas that can help the company. They are in the field everyday and see what is happening.
Pros
Compettive pay, promotions based on performance, good life work balance, great co-workers, benefits, paid vacation no weekends or holidays.
Cons
Goals go up every year regardless of fairness to customers
Advice to Senior Management
Make L/R goals fair. No one is against getting entitled revenue but don't just raise goals to pad profit numbers.
Pros
Good Pay
Good Benefits Package
Time Off
Paid Holidays
401K and Company Match
Long Standing Family Owned Company
Recognized Name
Cons
Poor Management Style
No Structured Reasoning with Management
Decisions Based on Personal Basis and Not Company Policy
No "Level Playing Field" Among Employees
Advice to Senior Management
Try to make decisions based off corporate policy as to be far to everyone and not pick and choose which policies to uphold depending upon the person asking.
Pros
-Great Company, Great Benefits, Ability to Advance with the Company, Ability to Relocate if desired, Great work atmosphere with other partners,
Cons
The work hours at Cintas are very early or late if you aren't in management. The number of hours spent at work interferes with tasks at home sometimes.
Advice to Senior Management
I would say to just continue to listen to the partners for more information so you don't become distant as to how to run the business.
