Cintas is a great employer that cares about it's partners

Warehouse Processor (Current Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsThere is good pay, company is very concerned with it's partners safety, and managers go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

ConsCintas does not give many vacation days to beginning employees, which can be a downturn if you wanted to see your family for some holidays.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe management at Cintas were encouraging, however they need to hold some partners more accountable for their job.

A good company in the beginning.

General Manager (Former Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsMost people that work for Cintas are great. They work very hard to earn their pay.

ConsCintas plays games with salary and compensations, especially with the older workers. If Cintas is a short term situation for you, then it could work on a temporary basis otherwise you should definetly look elsewhere. Corporate greed is rampant, at the expense of hard working employees. I would never recommend this company to anyone seeking a place of employment with honesty and integrity.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop justifying and minimizing your role in cheating people out of their pay. Stop making excuses to yourselves for disrespecting people that have worked very hard for Cintas and have sacrificed so much.

Good in the beginning, but I'm ready to move on

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsGood employees, great benefits, great for independent workers, advancement opprtunties, four day work week for service sales reps at most locations

Conspoor managerial staff, zero recognition for its service training coordinators, long hours for service training coordinators, very low pay for stc's

Advice to Senior Managementdon't take all of the recognition and none of the blame, although this is a business you do not have machines working for you

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
