I have been working at Cintas full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

If you show up for work on time, don't abuse sick days & do your job, it's an okay company.

    Cons

Mandatory meetings once a week after working a 10 hour day, that starts at 5:30am

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change meetings to once a month. Seems the same issues are brought up at these meetings, repeatedly week after week & any changes that are made can really be put in a memo & put into our mail slots

I have been working at Cintas full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Strong training and builds effective processes for prescriptive sales execution.

    Cons

Typically operates just for the short term. No strategic orientation or competency based approach. Claims to be interested in a career...but actions give partners a very specific shelf life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need better balance between the tactical and strategic. Develop partners to to have more business maturity and vision. Don't hire/promote solely based on skill set or current performance.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
