    Good company to work for

SSR (Current Employee) Las Vegas, NV

ProsIf you show up for work on time, don't abuse sick days & do your job, it's an okay company.

ConsMandatory meetings once a week after working a 10 hour day, that starts at 5:30am

Advice to Senior ManagementChange meetings to once a month. Seems the same issues are brought up at these meetings, repeatedly week after week & any changes that are made can really be put in a memo & put into our mail slots

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Strong start but became shortsighted very quickly

Market Sales Manager (Current Employee) Las Vegas, NV

ProsStrong training and builds effective processes for prescriptive sales execution.

ConsTypically operates just for the short term. No strategic orientation or competency based approach. Claims to be interested in a career...but actions give partners a very specific shelf life.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed better balance between the tactical and strategic. Develop partners to to have more business maturity and vision. Don't hire/promote solely based on skill set or current performance.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
