    Disrespectful/cowardly management!

    Service Sales Representative (Former Employee)
    Conshohocken, PA

ProsDecent money to be made if you are willing to rip the customer off and work from 3 am to 6 pm

ConsYour pay will never be correct because they have idiots for managers who don't have a clue how to enter numbers properly, they will literal steal from you and you have no way to prove it because they are always right! If they tell you to make more sales or else and you go out and do that, it doesn't matter because they have already hired your replacement! This by far is the worst company in the world to work for! Hey partners, you are a dime a dozen in managements eyes! Oh and when you leave/terminate they won't pay you your commission or any vacation that you have earned! This company SUCKS!

Advice to Senior ManagementMan the Hell Up and try going out into a stale territory and do our job! Then maybe you can have some respect for your SSR's

    This company lacks real values.

    Service Manager (Former Employee)
    Philadelphia, PA

ProsYou will learn a lot about service recovery. There are ample opportunities for advancement due to high turnover in leadership roles.

ConsYou will get burned out dealing with the same recurring issues that are structural and cannot be fixed. Once you get into a leadership role, you will quickly discover why the turnover is so high.

Advice to Senior ManagementIncentivize your front line to really live your mission and values. Encourage junior management to find work-life balance to reduce turnover and fix the long term organizational problems within many of the operations.

ProsProfit sharing, four day work week, bonuses, good healthcare.

Conssalaried, too much management, over aggressive sales team.

Advice to Senior Managementtake SSR time more seriously. less meetings and training (just to have meetings and trainings) would go a long way for SSR morale.

Great place to learn the basics

    Regional Sales Manager (Current Employee)
    Philadelphia, PA

Pros- slightly above average compensation opportunity up-to your third year in outside sales
    - widely respected on your resume
    - culture based on working hard, then working harder
    - if you're relocatable, there are TONS of opportunities for advancement

Cons- no concept of work/life balance
    - apart from cash, don't expect many perks
    - technologically, they're in the stone age
    - thinking "outside the box" is not welcomed
    - you're expected to be at the office at 7am

Advice to Senior Managementstop promoting "top performers" and start promoting leaders - consider taking the company private as focus on "shareholder value" is resulting on poor long term management decisions. Embrace technology - save gas by embracing opportunities to work remotely.
