I worked at Cintas full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great training, nice car package, rapid promotion if your in the right crowd. Very rewarding when you hit your numbers. Great leaping pad to bigger and better career moves.

    Cons

Only way for rapid promotion is to be in the right crowd. Lots of looking out for friends instead of the best person.

    Advice to Management

Stop squeezing the sales force to the point of making the same money, less or just a little bit more than previous year. When I started we could earn a ton. After 08' the raises sank too!

    Pros

Very understanding people. The management really cares about the workers.

I worked at Cintas full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Most positions within the company have set, steady hours (you'll get your 40). The benefits are good; Healthcare, 401k contributions, profit sharing.

    Cons

If you're on the production side of the business pay is rather of low. There is little to no career development, unless you're in the Manage Trainee program with requires a bachelor's degree. No tuition assistance.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to communicate with their employees better. If something has changed immediately inform those that need to know; don't wait and say "oops, sorry" over, and over again.
