    Pros

management is very helpful and they try hard to give us good working conditions. pay is good if you work. benefits are cheap and the partner perks program is good. i like my coworkers and the room for opportunity

    Cons

management struggles to keep up with work load but they never give up. they have parties for us every month and try to tell us about what's going on in the location

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Great fellow SSRs and great health insurance at a fair cost to your. Monday thru Friday work week and home by dinner if you keep to your scheduled route.

    Cons

All management cares about is you keep putting every new item in the first aid cabinets whether the customer wants it or not. Bust your back to be top SSR in your location and get over locked for promotion for the employee who is average at best but kiss butt to management . They rather have you keep growing your route than be promoted to Service Manager and grow 5 great Service Sales Reps. I believe upper management thinks that they need yes managers who will do wwhat Cintas wants than someone with a brain who may go against the Cintas way by being honest and having ethics that they stand behind while looking out for what the costumer really wants and needs.

    Advice to Management

Start doing what you say in your code of conduct booklet. Make the company grow while looking out for your customers. Make profit the right way. Promote those who have a proper understanding of how to run a business and develop new sales reps.

    Pros

Cintas allows you the opportunity to advance within the company. Their compensation package is fairly good especially if you're seeking employment right out of college.

    Cons

Like many other large corporations, Cintas is strictly about money and nothing else. I was highly successful within the organization but my career was derailed because of one very poor manager (who was promptly transferred within weeks after my exile). They often promote their "conservative" values and often push their employees to believe in their political causes and stress how important it is to vote accordingly.

    Advice to Management

Stop raising prices on your customers (it's a constant thing with them). It makes it extremely difficult to maintain moral within your workforce when your clients are angry with being locked in a five year agreement where in they must constantly battle their rep/account manager.

    Pros

    Good benefits.
    Management structured well.
    Time and compensation balance well.
You are pretty much paid for the work you're willing to put in. .. If you want money make money.

    Cons

Management can seem unprepared for some situations.
Partners sometimes take on a little too much of the burden when a location is understaffed. (Rarely an issue)
