    Pros

Good company with a future Good workplace environment Social activities for team bonding

    Cons

No matter how good you are - you can be replaced in a minute for financial reasons Honesty and hard work not sufficiently rewarded Uncertainty of job and future Good presentation skills & glib talking scores over hard work and honesty

    Advice to Management

Don't leave decisions to new comers even if they are top level execs Don't allow erosion of moral and social values Look out for new people bringing in their own people from outside on the pretext of efficiency. Such people are insecure and unable to build new teams for efficiency and are usually relying on their past team mates to help them move ahead.
