I worked at Circle K full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Customer service was important, and something I excel at. Everything was incredibly easy to learn and use. Regulars that came in were always a pleasure to deal with and I loved solving problems. It's fairly easy to move up within the company, I just had no desire to do so.

    Cons

Dealing with difficult people was always a nuisance, and ultimately not worth it. Not for the pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would suggest teamwork-building exercises once working at your store. I had co workers that were incredibly rude to one-another and management should have stepped in to make us all get along better.

    Pros

I loved the fact that I could talk to people constantly, I'm a people person so that was the biggest pro.

    Cons

Under paid, I was an assistant manager making close to $7.50 after taxes. They work you like crazy and don't even pay well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Things need to be more streamline wishing the company, someone needs to reform their structure.
