    Pros

    *Great Benefits
    *Great 401k Plan
    *Management opportunities
    *Paid Training

    Cons

*Too much internal drama and politics
*Starting rate of pay right at or just below minimum wage
*Management's lack of concern for an employees needs or concerns.

    Advice to Management

Staying within professional and ethical guidelines you need to listen and take more concern to an employees needs or problems personal or otherwise within the company. As this affects work ethics and customer service. Sometimes as I have encountered some mgmt. does not care to take time to take an employee seriously about any issues. This shows they don't care. Productivity drops greatly To listen and to act quickly shows that you care and the productivity to customer service and work ethic should improve greatly and create a happier employee and return customers. Customer sees happy employees they like to keep returning because it shows they care about the customer and their own job.

    Pros

The was only one thing that I liked about working here, and that was the fact that I lived very close to the store.

    Cons

Lack of administrative support, lack of consistency in job duties, lack of concern for employee safety during power outage in below zero conditions, lack of education by management, failure to listen to employee concerns and effectively take action against workplace harassment, unethical action taken by management in regards to conflict resolution, failure to acknowledge previous complaints about a workplace bully, wrongful termination.

    Advice to Management

    Get new upper management.

    Pros

Many great business men and women among the management team. Great relationships formed throughout the years. Great coffee.

    Cons

Micromanagement. Always getting ready for rides with upper management and marketing rather than letting them see the stores the way they really are. Not enough time to do everything that is considered a mandatory minimum. Absolutely no quality of life. Take a photo of your family, you won't see them anymore. And nothing you do will be good enough because they only concentrate on what is in the bottom 20%. Even if you think you make good money, divide it by the hours you work and you have two mediocre jobs.

    Advice to Management

While you're making unrealistic goals and making every facet of the daily operation a priority, you make nothing a priority. The team has begun to take on an every man for himself attitude as everyone fears for their job. Go back to caring about employees and setting attainable goals. Appreciate your people instead of constantly raising the bar before celebrating a win.
