    Pros

Job is simple and straight-forward Basic skills required Not physically demanding

    Cons

One employee not showing can ruin an entire week. Must tolerate customers lashing out at you. Poor training program

    Advice to Management

When other companies can snipe you're managers left and right, you're not treating them well enough. And panicking when a store loses an employee

I worked at Circle K full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A stable job that offers steady hours if employed in management. Training provided as well as several reference materials.

    Cons

Fast-paced work environment with a high workload and high turn-over rates make this job a bit difficult at times. Customers often misunderstand the process(es) involved within their transaction.

    Advice to Management

Just because somebody is a good worker does not mean that they should have an increased work load. Instead of expecting an assistant manager to do everything, the work load should be distributed among the employees as a whole. Certain weekly tasks (such as truck, beer, milk, audits, etc) should be switched between employees.
