    Pros

Good hours for management. Fair pay. Opportunity for advancement. Opportunity to get to know regular customers and know their needs before they com in the door.

    Cons

Expensive health coverage poor plan options. High turnover rate for associates probably attributed to poor pay and perceived high demands.

    Advice to Management

Be fair to your employees. Learn how they operate to provide effective coaching and disciplinary action. Quickly find reliable and trustworthy assistant managers.

I can not really think of negative aspects in my experience. I have been with the company for over 2 years and I love it!

    Pros

Job was easy, you never really get bored. Customers were always fun and most of the time friendly. Fast paced and enjoyable.

    Cons

The pay is not enough to support even a college student. Raises are a joke. Not really any decent benefits unless you are full time.

    Advice to Management

Show up more often. girls shouldn't have to close by themselves.

    Pros

Fellow employees are friendly and will to contribute to overall team success. There is flexibility to accomplish goals and establish policies.

    Cons

There is no company culture and there is this constant push to do more on top of the already very full plate. The management does not take time to create a team dynamic where everyone feels a sense of ownership and that their individual contributions are recognized. Career advancement seems limited at best.

    Advice to Management

Create a culture that makes employees want to work hard and go the extra mile.

    Pros

Ability to have a pretty standard schedule

    Cons

Sales associates usually make your job harder. often you hold your breath if they will even show up for their shifts. Not paying what fast food chains will pay, makes it hard to get entry level help.

    Advice to Management

Crack open your wallet and pay for quality help without punishing the managers and making them work more.
