    Pros

Very understanding of health problems, You get to be very independent, It is a very safe work environment and the hours are pretty flexible depending on what you need.

    Cons

It can sometimes be a little bit overwhelming and we can be understaffed. There is minimal training that happens so it can sometimes take awhile to really get a hold on what you are doing especially if you are working third shift. There also is a lot of miscommunication between the different shifts.

    Advice to Management

I would work on making sure that the managers and assistant managers make a good team. Many managers don't let assistants know that they get paid for taking phone calls outside of work and often will shrug the phone calls off to their assistants who do not get paid.

    Pros

There are SOPs, Standard Operating Procedures, to guide you; they provide great training (on the computer anyway)

    Cons

Fellow employees can be real aholes; especially the night crew who take their job WAY too seriously. You can request a transfer closer to your home; but you don't get to choose the location. I was transferred to a store where the customer base needed to be admonished; every 10 minutes I had to scold someone.

    Advice to Management

Hire managers who care, and know what their doing.

    Pros

Usually, I'm a floating graveyard worker. Nobody has graveyards, so I'm doing the 2-10 for forty hours to make up the difference. Most of the managers in the area have too many hours and not enough workers, but the system seems to be working.

    Cons

Pay's crap. Not a job meant for people who are on their own.

    Pros

    *Great Benefits
    *Great 401k Plan
    *Management opportunities
    *Paid Training

    Cons

*Too much internal drama and politics
*Starting rate of pay right at or just below minimum wage
*Management's lack of concern for an employees needs or concerns.

    Advice to Management

Staying within professional and ethical guidelines you need to listen and take more concern to an employees needs or problems personal or otherwise within the company. As this affects work ethics and customer service. Sometimes as I have encountered some mgmt. does not care to take time to take an employee seriously about any issues. This shows they don't care. Productivity drops greatly To listen and to act quickly shows that you care and the productivity to customer service and work ethic should improve greatly and create a happier employee and return customers. Customer sees happy employees they like to keep returning because it shows they care about the customer and their own job.

    Pros

Various different people. Busy and fast paced environment. Plenty of work to do. Great coffee selection. Plenty of great customers.

    Cons

Upper management always changing things and blaming store employees for consequences caused by the changes. Store managers too busy trying keep up with upper managements demands.

    Advice to Management

Let store managers run their store and DO YOUR JOB. Stop telling them how to do theirs.
