Cisco has a very easy and flexible work culture, great knowledge sharing and great place to work. Gives a lot of flexibility.

Cisco is too much process oriented. Sometimes they are hard to do business with because of the rigid legal clauses.
Advice to Senior Management
They are doing great work. They need to improve the share value of Cisco. Cisco is selling all the products but the value of Cisco share is not increasing.
Pros
You are working with talented and driven peers in a highly collaborative environment. The management team is very supportive of employee training and development, allowing employees to learn and grow with the company. Cisco has a culture of employee empowerment, giving employees the freedom to make important decisions.
Cons
Long hours and job strain can take toll on personal life. Need to find better work-life balance for employees. Though the company expects its employees to perform in the industry's top 10% but its compensation plans for the systems engineers is only above average.
Advice to Senior Management
Huge disparity in compensation btw SE and AM. Management should do something about closing the income gap.
Aside from sales meetings there should be more team building events for everyone to have fun and relieve stress.
