    Pros

Work life balance is good, if and only if you are lucky enough to manage a good compensation pacakage

Self centrist management who just cares about their goals. There is no value for you or the work you do at the end of the day. Its always a Friends n Family affair whenever appraisals or hikes happens. Heaven and Hell difference between parent Cisco BU and this BU
