    Good Place to work

    Senior Engineer (Current Employee)
    London, England (UK)

ProsVery good and autonomous environment to work in. Fantastic work ethics. Great quality work life balance.

ConsSupport departments not great. Building is very outdated - does not have a great look and feel of a software enterprise.

Advice to Senior ManagementClarity and open management style will be good.

Still a world-class company, but struggling to get to grips with its size

Global Operations Senior Manager (Current Employee)
    London, England (UK)

ProsSome excellent people, immensely talented, committed and hard-working. Demanding environment, with continuous challenges. I've never had a dull day in 13 years working for the company. There are still opportunities for international assignments, but becoming more challenging than in the past. Compensation and rewards are good, depending on level.

ConsCompany still too corporate focused in spite of its global remit. There is a need for a massive change management exercise to bring the culture to be more process orientated, and for decision-making to be more objective. Too much change ordered from top down but with ineffective change management below VP and even Director level.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake a 6 - 9 month review of the business and identify the areas of duplication between business units. Cut out whole business units and bring together like activities in new operating units focused on delivering value to the customer. e.g. huge overlap between Product & Service which not only confuses customers in terms of delivery, but is wasteful in terms of resources.

    Good company

    Recruitment Manager (Former Employee)
    London, England (UK)

ProsGreat benefits, highly competitive pay, intense work environment, very casual atmosphere allowing for remote working.

ConsManagers free to fire people they don't like for no reason. Excellence is demanded (But it should be for the salaries they pay)

Conscost cutting helped preserve jobs but in the past it was much more fun. Hopefully it will come back

    Constantly changing

    Marketing Manager (Current Employee)
    London, England (UK)

ProsThere is always a new project to work on, and very collaborative people to team with. Nothing is ever not considered, and diversity thrives.

ConsThe effort verse reward scale is always in the effort camp for a lot longer than the reward, which can be disheartening at times. With such a high percentage being red badges (contractors), there is a sense or inequality at times amongst teams, especially when the rational for conversion to blue badge (permanent) is not always consistent across the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave better and more constructive reviews for contractors.
Have progression and mentoring programs within teams to support dedicated individuals aspirations at being considered for blue badge (permanent) status.

    London, England (UK)

ProsGrowth opportunities, generous salary, ground-breaking projects.
