    Pros

    Easy work and they give you good hours.

    Cons

    People talk to you in Spanish even if you speak none. Employees aren't treated with respect. I just started, and I have to ask for days off 2 weeks in advance minimum. They won't let you go home if it's an emergency. The lunch break is 1 hour, which you don't get paid for, and you have no say in when you want it. Might not have the ability to eat for hours.

    Advice to Management

    When interviewing employees, make sure the employee gets to meet the manager at least some time after the interview. Hire more English speaking people. Be more respectful to the employees and their personal lives. Make sure the employees are fine with their schedule.

    Pros

    Look forward to the Company party.

    Cons

    Mistreat workers verbally. Nothing is ever kept private. Co - workers know your personal business. There's no work/ balance.

    Pros

    The work is pretty easy.

    Cons

    Management only cares about business. They won't care about personal needs and any emergencies. They will make you work long hours and treat you horribly. The owner is horrible too. Yells at employees and management in front of customers. Leaving was the best choice I've ever made.

    Get an adittude adjustment
