    Pros

    Benefits with flexibility when you need time off. Most of the people are nice and helpful to new workers... probably because its almost part of their job description since the place is a revolving door.

    Cons

    Management doesn't help mostly because they are over worked themselves. Low pay with no room for growth in your career. General management is disorganized and tend to dump work on you even when you have too much without any consideration.

    Advice to Management

    Hire real managers and get rid of the replacements. Real management know how to talk to and relate to people in a meaningful way. In my experience, there was none of that here.

    There also needs to be a real structure to the work environment instead of just entry level and then management with barely any raises. There were only 2 raises given in the past 6 years. The culture endorses lateral movement which means there is no room for growth here.

    This company does not value knowledge and is constantly letting it walk out the door and does not hire someone immediately to take their place. Instead management waits to see if the team can handle the loss. This contributes to the dump culture.

    If you do not negotiate a high salary when you come in, don't expect to get much further away from that salary after years of working here. also expect to take on a couple more positions responsibilities.
