    Cons

Not to many negatives to talk about. The don't close if the roads are bad. That is way off but that is truly the only thing I would change.

    Pros

If you are a full time employee, you have great benefits and the ability to move around within the company. Pay is very good and many positions offer the chance to work from home.

    Cons

As a contractor, you are treated as a second class citizen. Pay is half of what the FTE's make and the hours can be brutal--mandatory overtime but not paid overtime. When Citi hands out free gifts and lunches, it is only for the FTE's, and contractors are passed over. Little chance of moving up to a full time position.

    Advice to Management

After 5 years of dedicated service, a contractor should be made a full time employee or at least allow contractors to apply for the full time position with the same pay as the other FTE's

    Pros

Best reason for working for Citi is the benefits the people the Experience you gain & if you have a Degree this Company will be something that you wanna consider as a long-term stay cause the pay is very nice

    Cons

I would say that the cons would be the hours starting out you have to bid for shifts depending on the Department you're in.

    Pros

Good work culture flexible work hours depending on manager good sport events and vacations

    Cons

technology used is still stone age need to ramp up on handling new technology with ease no actual development or coding on hands on what so ever all work managed by contractors than full timers always stuck on calls and meetings No actual career growth, would be stuck for decades doing repetitive work No encouragement for good work done.

    Advice to Management

Bring on people who can manage the team and understand the difficulties of the technology change the way you work by observing how successful software firms get things moving. Have good development work brought onsite than outsourcing.

    Pros

There are absolutely none for this department.

    Cons

Pay and Incentives are not competitive with other institutions. Statistics are a top priority. There is an overabundance of red tape and compliance issues. There are a lot of Legacy computer systems and programs agents use are not updated. The Call Center that is not properly maintained as well as outdated equipment. Career growth is unclear though possible. When things go wrong with products or a store associate charges incorrect amount to clients accounts the process for a correction to be made is a long and arduous one. You get 2 breaks that are 15 minutes and 30 minute lunch. Overall if anyone with Call Center experience may want to explore other avenues for other companies or other departments.

    Advice to Management

Stop frustrating the good employees into leaving by encouraging them to stay and pointing them into a positive direction within the company.
