    Pros

Great place to learn about global banking and finance when you are starting your career. The training and development programs are truly beneficial and open doors if you work hard.

    Cons

Big global company inertia means enacting change in culture, systems, processes, ideas, and pretty much anything away from BAU is a huge undertaking.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay the course, things are on the right track.

I have been working at Citi full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great training programs for young talent

Mobility is encouraged and made easier by the global platform; also a philosophy that once they recruit someone, they would like to keep you

Impressive progression out of the financial crisis

    Cons

Political and fragmented due to the mere size of the organization. Therefore individual experiences can vary a great deal, depending on who your most direct manager(s) are.

Management has ambitious goals, which is great. However, execution is lacking.

Laid back environment encourages lack of professionalism at times
