I have been working at Citi full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Time off and benefits are good. Pay is ok. Performance incentives are rewarding. There is also a good focus on recognition and culture. The company has also been successful in recent times.

    Cons

The company has not shown itself to be very progressive in relation to other comparable businesses. Training and promotion of qualified individuals is very sub par. Talent is not easily recognized by upper management and not well developed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a better hiring and training process.
