    Pros

I was fortunate to have one of the best team and I really enjoyed working.

    Cons

Arguably my worst experience with management - strategy was more politics and get rid of people who work and promote who contribute nothing

    Advice to Management

Get real - cut the politics. Stop promoting people who do nothing. This would be a good start.

    Pros

    Worked with great people.
Firm focused on keeping good talent.

    Cons

Constant change at the senior levels.
    Less entrepreneurial than other banks.
Focus on only the largest clients means lack of development opportunities from middle ranks.
    Horrible hours.

    Advice to Management

    Stop the constant reorganization.

    Pros

Your co workers, I guess the the bad conditions of employment and constant fear of being laid off makes people more friendly and understanding of one another.

    Cons

Great AML training but get ready for the ride of your life, never in my career I felt so undervalued by a company. The company takes 4 months to give you one of the best AML training in the industry and 6 months later, because of a change in direction(new project being implemented), try to demote its employees instead of helping them relocate within the company.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to what is happening with the people responsible of the real work.
