    Pros

Most things are laid back at Citibank, and you have the potential to make a lot of money in the company. Definitely would recommend for people wanting to be in the banking field. They have the power of a big bank with the customer service orientation of a small bank.

    Cons

Most computers, software, and things in the bank are incredibly out dated. In many occasions it's also massively disorganized. This just makes works for employees harder.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The majority of their offices and buildings need a massive face lift. Please, please, please invest into the Financial Centers!!! Your customers are noticing the problems!!!

    Pros

Full time work. Great benefits, including 401K matching by employer. Company promotes well within.

    Cons

Stressful. Long hours, lots of overtime. Company demands sales from tellers, yet management does not help with attaining those sales.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to realize that the needs of those employees working below them should come first, in turn happy employees would do more for the company.

    Pros

-Good pay for being a Teller
    -Growth opportunity
    -Excellent benefits

    Cons

    -Poor management
    -HR does not escalate violations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No more ego maniacs, or maniacs for that matter. If 7 people complain that the manager is abusive, then he or she needs to be removed and/or investigated. Also, make KDS scores fair. Everyone agrees the math is wrong on purpose because Citi doesn't want to give us our bonuses.

    Pros

It's a job where you definitely learn how to multi-task. You learn how to do a lot of research, you become more financially aware.

    Cons

The pay and raises are ridiculous, they say they are all about organic growth and promoting within but the fact is that they don't. They hire from outside companies and it seems to affect the branch. You wear many hats, and nothing you do is ever enough. I didnt seem to be appreciated often.
