    Pros

The medical, dental and vision benefits are great, after they change the hours of the branch to close early was the best.

    Cons

Management was horrible, a lot of favoritism, people that don't do absolutely nothing will get commission on credit cards because they are friends with the personal bankers, and other people would have to work super hard just to get less commission than them. The teller job itself wasn't bad, what made it bad was management. In the time that I was there I saw employees come and go, people wouldn't stay working there longer than 2 months.

    Pros

It is a very big company with many different departments and divisions. It appears that one can move into whatever field they would choose.

    Cons

Opportunity for growth was minimum. There were promises of promotions but after seeing tellers in the same position for over 5 years, there was no way I could stay there.

    Advice to Management

Help employees grow in the company and stop beating around the bush with promises. Provide a platform for growth.

    Pros

    Good and clean work environment

    Cons

Expectations for talk time were unattainable with all the verifying and updating required on each call. Then there were constant changes that were not always relayed or relayed effectively causing reps to fail calls. The work load was too high for the pay. Then they take away one of our main tools for making bonus by giving it to Customer Service as well and then start laying us off. Terrible planning.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together. I had 15yrs mortgage experience working, at times, for individuals who barely knew the difference between a mortgage, TIL or GFE. Our customers definately .referred to these at times. Hire mortgage professionals for this position and pay them well. Listen to their ideas... they know what they are talking about
