Pros

Confusing job description for collectors. Wait is too long before you can transfer to another department.

Pros
Ability to work remotely is a plus.
Cons
Poor quality of people, pay and benefits need improvement.
Pros
As a Financial Advisor at CPWM, you truly can help individuals achieve their financial dreams. You impact your clients lives in a big way through providing sound investment advice. Your schedule is flexible. You are the master of your domain. You have the ability to run your own practice according to how you see fit. The bank staff, your business partners serve as the primary source for new client referrals. This stream of incoming referrals is a huge advantage for a new FA to establish or grow a new book of business.
Cons
Citigroup is a former Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) company- meaning the company was bailed out during the financial crisis of 2008. Therefore Citi & all of its subsidaries (particularly the investment division, CPWM) is a hollow company with aninefficient infrastructure. The intranet platforms are clunky. The business is not sreamlined & burdened with out of date technology & poor business practices. It takes way too long to do get anything done. No reliable back office support and no company morale. Middle management is unreliable because they are spread too thin and over worked.
Advice to Senior Management
Quality over quanity please!
Don't lose sight of the long-term for short-term sales goals.

Cons
Always on a rush, need more design, operational budget and thinking time.
