You get a good broad Exposure to corporate banking industry
You are Always Busy
quiet a Secure Job
good Canteen

Cons

I experienced Excessive overtime
there is a culture of blame
management are always changing the goal posts
Most employees are very unhappy
very few benifits
Communication is often prioritized over preformance

Advice to Senior Management

Focus on employee peformance rather than cost cutting and stick to set targets and goals rather than constant changing of goalposts, it de-motivates people
