Recognition if you move to a different bank
Potential for professional growth(if you have a nice boss)Cons
Late working hours - they pushed the car service to 10 PM so if we stay until 9 you're on your own.
Poor benefits (poor array of choices in terms of medical)Advice to Senior Management
Be more business oriented
More flexible to people that work late hours (do they really have to be there at 8:30 the next day after staying until 3 AM???) -
