Pros
they have ok benefits and 401k

Advice to Senior Management
you need to pay your employees better
Pros
Exposure to global markets is one reason.
Cons
Professional development in back office positions is nonexistent.
Advice to Senior Management
Speak to people from the BOTTOM up - get an outside firm to audit the discussion
Pros
Worked with smart people that also are willing to work as a team. A lot of learning opportunities and ability to move to different areas within Citi
Cons
A lot of politics when you go outside your group. You can be happy there and achieve something but if you think bigger it is hard to implement things because many people just think about themselve and not the bigger picture
Pros
Good career start for fresh graduates
Cons
poor work culture; poor benefit, shitty bonus
Pros
Big organization with a lot of different locations
Cons
Long hours and not enough reward (bonus) for extra hours
Advice to Senior Management
promote from within
Pros
good reputation in financial industry
Cons
operational driven business, not professional
Advice to Senior Management
be more more professional and recruite more talentes
Pros
If you're a good fit for the corporate culture, it's a very comfortable, friendly, not too challenging place to work
Cons
If you're energetic and ambitious, it can be frustrating and unrewarding! Great place for the slow and steady type.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to make changes meaningful to staff - otherwise, it's "ho hum, just another paperwork-generating but meaningless initiative" that creates no real change
Pros
Large firm, impressive history, good benefits and lots of challenges (read: opportunities for those that want to tackle major challenges).
Cons
Large firm, bleak future and lots of internal challenges that management does not want to address directly. It's a cult of personality - within each division - so hard to feel like you are working for one company.
Advice to Senior Management
Leave politics to those in Washington; focus on rebuilding the firm into a single integrated company rather than many fiefdoms. Make profits, pay people more.
Pros
diversity, location, people, package, benefits
Cons
too large organization to implement change or new ides
Advice to Senior Management
engage on the ground level
Pros
Flexibility and allowance for work life relationship.
Good atmosphere to work in.
Decent benefits package
Cons
receiving promotions and moving up is extremely hard.
too much competition for honors and awards
not enough recognition and financial awards for good performances
