“good place for young freshers”

Pros

good chance to gain an international view, room provided for upward growth, simple and easy-to-maintain relationship among colleagues, a good place for young freshers.

Cons

the location is a bit remote from the town. employees scattered in different buildings within the same park, making it a bit difficult for communications.

Pros

It's a subsidiary of Citibank N.A. and a member of Citi. International communications/cooperation/teamwork skills can be gained from global dev model.

Cons

Management team failed to show the respects to their local stuff. Hard to leave the most valuable talent. Not open culture. Salaries are not satisfactory

Respect their stuff. Keep the talents and increase the salaries.
