Current Employee – been working at Citizens Financial Group
Pros – Opportunity to work in large fast-paced organization. Sophisticated marketing operation. Opportunity to manage large projects across lines of business. A good chance to learn skills at respected, recognized employer.
Cons – Salary is poor. Politics can get tedious. Some of the promotions do not make any sense. Different groups have different standards for awarding promotions - should be standardized.
Advice to Senior Management – Establish clear criteria for promotions/advancement, and apply consistently. Pay people poorly and they will leave.
