“I feel it is a great company to work for if you were in a lower level position.”

Pros – Co workers made working there a positive experience.
Cons – Communications with employees is poor.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire individuals or promote individuals that have experience in positions they will be supervising and are not "yes" men/women.
