Pros
This is the most dynamic place to work that I've experienced over my 20+ years in Information technology. Citrix recruits and keeps some of the smartest people in their field of expertise. The work environment is positive and casual. Top that off with the fact that we're an industry leader and you have the ideal place to work.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like the company is moving so fast that it's hard to keep up! But thanks to the fact that they support training and learning, this is hardly a problem.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep moving in the right direction! We're all helping to meet and exceed the company vision and strategy.
Pros
Benefits and Salary are in line with average, work/life balance is good. To get ahead it takes more game play than it does hard work.
Cons
Citrix no longer strives to be the best employer, they are happy being in the middle. Yearly raises are low, compared to previous years.
Advice to Senior Management
Lead from the top, demonstrate the qualities that it takes to be a good people manager and spend time focusing and consolidating the company direction. The lack of focus of the entire organization is evident when you look deep down.
Pros
Ability to work from home. I'm able to balance personal and professional life. Great medical benefits, tuition reimbursement, the people at Citrix are friendly and nice to work with.
Cons
There are sometimes few advancement opportunities, and there are a lot of deserving and qualified individuals. Despite this, I personally feel this is a good company to work for.
Advice to Senior Management
When new products or features are launched, there should be a training process that is always parallel to the launch dates.

Great Work Life Balance
Option to Work From Home
Good perks and other benefits other than cash component
Good office location
Cons
Although salaries are competitive, the compensation could be better
The employee rating system is a little confusing.
Management can be improved
Advice to Senior Management
Provide transparency on how promotions are offered
Offer yearly or half-yearly awards to people who work exceptionally well
Improve referral process for less experienced

Advice to Senior Management
Please try to eradicate politics from the work place. It is understandable that it cannot be removed completely but a lot of times the management just ignores it when it clearly harms the productivity of the employees.
