My team is great and I love working with them. Management has been nothing but wonderful, for which I am very thankful. We have a great team and it is a pleasure to work with them. I work remotely, mostly always away from the team, but I still feel connected and don't miss out on much.

Pros – At the company, everyone believes in and uses our own products. We put customers first and try to solve their challenges to make their job easier and better.

Cons – We're no longer small and nimble.

Advice to Senior Management – Remember that you encourage a dispersed workforce...remote employees. Include those remote employees and foster a greater sense of inclusion.

Pros – Right in the middle of what's relevant to making work-life exponentially better for other global companies.

Cons – Internal Processes are still being ironed out.

Pros – -They use the tools they make (constantly dogfooding)
-Very flexible on work life balance, and when/where you work (was able to work part of the time remotely from the APAC region while traveling for vacation)
-Good compensation

Cons – -You are kind of always working due to the flexibility of meeting and where you work, and you are never quite sure where the people you need to work with are or what they are doing
-way too many meetings. Sr leaders try to move things forward with constant meetings so often times things get bottlenecked bc no real work is being done

Advice to Senior Management – Keep innovating and don't fall into the innovator's dilemma. Your customers might not know what they really want in the future.

Pros – Work-shifting, work anywhere concept. Collaboration with external and internal customers. High synergy with engineering and business to drive results with improve processes

Cons – Tribal cultural leadership which could be an obstacle if you are unsure of what you want and where you want to go. The culture works toward achieving common goals and everyone understands their role and contribution to reach the goal. If you are not willing to pitch in it could be daunting.

Pros – Fast growing company with many opportunities to shine...for those willing to put in the work. Jump on the right opportunities and you WILL be rewarded.

Cons – As with any fast growing company there can be a lot of unplanned work due to frequent shifts in direction and priorities.

Advice to Senior Management – Frequently communicate company strategy, priorities and direction, especially when there are changes, so that everyone can focus on the most important items and avoid spending time on work that is no longer important.
