Pros
- Great solutions within Desktop, Application and Server virtualization markets
- Large existing customers tend to favor Citrix
- Great acquisitions over the past three years, good corporate vision from C-levels within CitrixCons
- Sr. Management does a poor job of conveying internal strategies
- Locally within Canada, AVP and Director levels are not respected among partner community
- Local leadership within Canada does poor job of communicating and justifying strategies.
- Very limitied opportunity for growth from within, within Citrix. Sub-par compensation plans within sales.
- Citrix Canada has potential to be a 100M organization yet that growth is stiffled due to leadershipAdvice to Senior Management
- No real advice to give... because as long as the current Citrix Canada leadership team is in place, Citrix Canada will continue to execute poorly on all fronts (channel, customers employee engagement).
