Pros – Exciting work, excellent products, great work life balance, great peers, fun environment, and ability to grow in the organization

Cons – I am really not able to find anything as con. Things are really great here, and i am saying this after having experienced other very well respected companies.

Advice to Senior Management – I think the company is doing great, and will keep on growing in the months and years to come. Great to be working for it.

My team is great and I love working with them. Management has been nothing but wonderful, for which I am very thankful. We have a great team and it is a pleasure to work with them. I work remotely, mostly always away from the team, but I still feel connected and don't miss out on much.

Cons – I do not have anything negative to share.

Pros – -They use the tools they make (constantly dogfooding)
-Very flexible on work life balance, and when/where you work (was able to work part of the time remotely from the APAC region while traveling for vacation)
-Good compensation

Cons – -You are kind of always working due to the flexibility of meeting and where you work, and you are never quite sure where the people you need to work with are or what they are doing
-way too many meetings. Sr leaders try to move things forward with constant meetings so often times things get bottlenecked bc no real work is being done

Advice to Senior Management – Keep innovating and don't fall into the innovator's dilemma. Your customers might not know what they really want in the future.

Pros – Fast growing company with many opportunities to shine...for those willing to put in the work. Jump on the right opportunities and you WILL be rewarded.

Cons – As with any fast growing company there can be a lot of unplanned work due to frequent shifts in direction and priorities.

Advice to Senior Management – Frequently communicate company strategy, priorities and direction, especially when there are changes, so that everyone can focus on the most important items and avoid spending time on work that is no longer important.

Current Employee – been working at Citrix Systems full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – It's a very good atmosphere, you get 23 days holidays (25 after a few years), free soda, free fruit juices, free fruits, coffee and tea/milk. We have a game room. I do not feel like I am going to work per se every day, it's a friendly environment, and I recommend the company! The benefits are good too.

Cons – We do not get shares anymore as we used to in the past. We do not travel as much. I guess money needs to be saved.

Advice to Senior Management – I think it would be nice to still give share to high performing employees. Just a thought.
