Pros
1 year of experience with operations at Citrix is like 3-5 years anywhere else I've worked
Cons
The pace makes having a life challenging. The downside to highly knowledgeable and technically competent technical management is that they set the bar VERY high
Advice to Senior Management
Consider making a point to highlight the hard work your team does. Remember modesty is a punishment to the team under you.
