    Extremely Bureaucratic

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsSome good people are there you can trust. Summertime is the best. Lots of downtime. Benefits are also good. Diverse population

ConsExtremely Bureaucratic. People trying climb the promotion ladder, when there is clearly none.
You can do the same position for 25 years, and no one would know.
Pay stabilizes after a while, depending on the position.
Lots of Micromanagers . VP's and Managers are so insecure about their Job they begin micromanaging lower level employees who already peanuts.
    Lots of Budget Cuts.
    Turnoverrate is high.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you are a manager or VP, and people are leaving your department. Then your managment style sucks. Let people do their Jobs. Appreciate them, and treat them like respectable people. High Turnover rates only lead to Low employee morale, which in turn leads to horrible productivity.
