    Pros

I worked at the international counseling department as an office assistant. My boss was very caring about the workers at our office. He was very flexible and understood when we started to become busy with our exams. I never found the job to be tiring and I always looked forward to meet the counselors and my boss. I was also thinking of going into the world of counseling so it was a good way to experience what it was like to be a counselor, and what types of problems international students face.

    Cons

There was nothing bad that I could think of other than the process of getting the SSN was a little tedious. But that has really nothing to do with the job itself.

    Advice to Management

Please continue to keep the happy environment

    Pros

Students are a diverse group of San Franciscans. It can be a creative environment. It's inexpensive and provides access to cheap education.

    Cons

The management is disorganized and self-serving. It seems like many people don't know how to follow through on longer-term projects. Kind of left in the 19th century.

    Advice to Management

Hire some new, effective younger people who have some motivation about moving systems into the 21st century.
