I felt there was a lack of communication from upper-management at times.

Advice to Senior Management

Make sure to keep lines of communication open and if you have any issues or concerns with an employee make sure to tell them

Pros

Nice working surroundings. Good hands on contact with members of Credit Union.

Cons

Lack of communication between upper management and middle management. Head of Personnel was a direct employee of President, and was afraid to give information needed to employees for fear of reprisal from President.

Advice to Senior Management

Communicate with your employees, and listen to them.
