“One of the better companies I have worked for”
I have been working at City Harvest
Pros – Good salary and good professional development opportunities. Really strong Executive Director. Know that the work being done is making a difference in people's lives.
Cons – Work/life balance is a struggle. Certain managers are not as good at leading as others. Can see come elements of favoritism.
