need to workout where they re going and what they're doing

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsLots of friendly people. Good life work balance.

ConsVery political. Slow to get things done. Constant changing of minds about what needs to become often makes it difficult to progress. Many changes to staff. Lots of over paid individuals.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet focused, act like you care, be seen more in the business and don't think you know what's going on from the same people that have their own interests at heart.
