I worked at City Investigations and Security full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

if you are young and need a job but don't need to pay bills.Or eat and just need to pass time.

    Cons

no honor or respect and can be fire for no good reason. Worker's are just as bad as management and the pay sucks no matter how many years you work for them no way to get a rise or better work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

see your people as worker and not indigent labors.

I worked at City Investigations and Security full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

A good side gig. Ideal for college students, retirees, and incoming new immigrants. It is a good short-term opportunity for some people who need something to pay for some bills in the meantime, until they find something bigger and better.

    Cons

Inept staff and incompetent management. Too many conflicts of interests. Getting assigned to a toxic work environment. Frequently violating labor laws and workers’ rights. Playing nepotism and cronyism towards the inept employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do NOT practice nepotism or cronyism in the workplace. Stop playing favoritism towards the poor employees over the good ones. Anytime you assign people to sites who are directly related by blood to clients, chances are you’re making a mistake.
