I worked at City of Cleveland, Ohio full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Had a great job working for the City. Mayor was awesome to work for and encouraged creativity and innovation in my role. Extremely positive interactions with other departments. Built lasting relationships with very competent, professionals who have a passion for improving the city of Cleveland.

    Cons

Working for the Mayor's office was likely not representative of the average job at the City. My experience was really wonderful, but I was not sure what other departments I could work in that would have afforded me a similarly fulfilling experience.
