Current Employee – been working at City of Culver City full-time
Pros – Nice environment. Most employees are pretty nice. Starting to invest in employee development through computer software training courses. Very responsive to public concerns.
Cons – Cutbacks are starting to stretch staff to functional limits.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
