“Swim Coach”
I worked at City of Decatur
Pros – Great pay and environment to work with individuals as well as groups, opportunities to earn extra on weekends, overall satisfied with my job.
Cons – Large gaps of time during the day between swim sessions, limited space for swimmers to swim, long delay for pay from City.
Advice to Senior Management – Better compensation for amount of athletes, better communication with management or officials, better policy for hours worked at meets on weekends.
