I have been working at City of Helsinki full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – City of Helsinki offers lots of possibilities for its personnel, since there are almost 40 000 employees. You are encouraged to work in different positions to help the city. Possibilities to educate yourself are quite good. There are, for example, several management courses you can be part of. Vacations are also long enough.
Cons – Byrocracy makes things a bit sloe and can be frustrating at times. Wages could be better, but they are not that bad after all.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at City of Helsinki as an intern for less than a year
Pros – A good way to know how public healthcare sector works and how projects/innovations are being implemented.
Cons – Still a bit conservative hierarchy/management remains in this sector
