The benefits were top-notch and everyone was very patient in my training.

    Cons

The political infighting was always a distraction.

    Advice to Management

The leadreship should be more considerate towards the employees as far as a more stable and friendlier work environment.

    Pros

Stable job and good place to work allowing for potential growth.
    Education reimbursement

    Cons

Salaries are lower than private sector
Once you have a job it is hard to lose the job (low performing employees)
It can be frustrating to see someone making the same pay as you and underperforming because they know they can
The job can get boring if you are used to a fast paced work day and need to stay buy to stay interested

    Advice to Management

Implement a program that would force low performing employees to adhere to a higher standard.
