Pros – The best reason to work for the City of Marina is the co-workers and customers. The team work was really good.
Cons – there are no downsides to the City of Marina it was a nice organization to work for. It was a perfect place for promotion and advancement
Advice to Senior Management – The advice I would give is for them to keep up the good work. It was a wonderful experience and it helped build a solid foundation

Pros – Small bureaucracy, close to home
Cons – Salary discrepancies between management and line workers
Advice to Senior Management – get some management training and have some respect for the people who make you look good
